The Pavilion boasts a fabulous high ceiling which can be transformed into a sea of fairy lights. The Pavilion has raisable side awnings that can be opened out to the beautiful gardens. Perfect for a wet weather option for your wedding ceremony as well as your seated dinner option.

Overlooking the stables and gardens from the second floor, Phar lap boasts modern amenities with a fully functioning bar and access to the sweeping decks for easy access to the garden courtyard.
Perfect for conferencing smaller groups, a private dinner, intimate wedding or cocktail event.
It’s a rare find in Auckland to have seating for 650 guests. The acoustics in this space are spectacular, and the parade circle is ideal for a walking guest speaker or a memorable performer.
Whether you are hosting a conference, putting on a show, doing a brand launch this is the perfect space. We can also do an intimate dinner in the inner circle for 70.

Nine stable buildings for private events
Home to nine barns/stables with 100 stalls in each. These are spread across the venues extensively manicured grounds. These barns make for some spectacular hidden hallways for intimate gatherings, games and romantic photography spots.
Complimentary use of the stables for wedding photography is included in the venue hire. Other uses for the barns can be discussed with your venue manager.
The gardens are beautiful and the most wonderful backdrop for any event; from a cocktail party to a photoshoot. Your options are endless for the gardens, weather you want to have food trucks, an expo, wedding ceremony, team building or something special to you, we are happy to discuss how you would like to use the space.
The venue has limited outdoor furniture available for your use, but we can recommend one of our fabulous suppliers to create more outdoor seating and we have oversized games for hire.
